**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and document business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.
- Analyse and optimise ERP modules covering procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics.
- Integrate visual monitoring systems (camera-based quality checks) into production processes.
- Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools to monitor performance indicators such as output, downtime, and defect rates.
- Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analysing equipment data and reporting potential issues.
- Ensure quality assurance systems comply with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements.
- Provide technical support, staff training, and maintain documentation to ensure system continuity.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar ICT role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and process improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or quality control environments will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, APIs, or data visualisation tools desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
