- Static Site | 1 RDO Per Month | Permanent | Full-Time

**The Role**
As the Team Leader for Building, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians who will complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance for a key healthcare client.

This role is based in **Southport, QLD**
- Managing a growing team of building technicians and plumbers
- Assisting and coordinating with senior management and technicians to ensure jobs are met by Australian Standard
- Provide estimates and quotes across various jobs and projects
- Coordinate inspections for performed work
- Assisting the team by working on the tools as and when required

**Skills and Experience**
- Building Trade Licence
- Exposure to managing a team
- White Card
- Driving Licence
