Are you passionate about improving the lives of older Australians? We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive **Lifestyle Therapy Team Leader** to join our dedicated team and lead programs that promote physical, emotional, cultural, and social well-being for our residents.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where you’ll coordinate engaging activities, mentor staff and volunteers, and work closely with allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead and support a team of staff and volunteers to deliver enriching lifestyle programs.
- Assess resident needs and develop personalised care plans and activity schedules.
- Facilitate one-on-one, small group, and large group recreational activities.
- Encourage resident participation and support their personal care needs during activities.
- Review and evaluate lifestyle programs to ensure they meet individual and group needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in aged care, lifestyle coordination, or recreational therapy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Creativity, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
