**About the Role**

As a **Team Leader**, you'll play a pivotal role in demonstrating leadership to our team and delivering hands-on support to ensure service excellence to all customers.

You work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with the operation, supervising team members and ensure service excellence. Additionally, you'll contribute to:

- Provide hands-on supervision and leadership to our team
- Team briefings on shift duties and tasks
- Monitor productivity and performance
- Conduct training and mentorship to team members

**About You**

With a background in hospitality and leadership experience, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering customer service excellence and leading by example. You will also bring:
**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills, leadership and effective time management
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and team development
- Leadership ability to motivate, develop and grow the team
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Must have strong experience in Hospitality
- A minimum of 2-years of hospitality experience in a leadership role
- Current RSA Certificate
