I-MED Radiology Network operates over 250 clinics and conducts more than 6 million patient procedures annually, making us a global leader in medical imaging. With over 350 doctors and 4,000 staff members actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, we guarantee a consistently high level of service. In 2022, we expanded our network to New Zealand, acquiring Hamilton Radiology and Midland MRI in the North Island.
We are seeking a casual team member to rotate throughout our Perth clinics located in Balcatta, Ellenbrook, Canningvale, Innaloo, Joondalup, Midland, Mount Lawley and Cannington. 7.6 hour shifts will be scheduled between the core hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

**What will you be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
- Assist patients in scheduling essential appointments (e.g x-rays and MRIs)
- Excel in delivering exceptional customer service that brightens people's day.
- Share your knowledge with kindness, especially during challenging moments.
- Prioritize compliance and privacy in all aspects of your work.
- Be tech-savvy, able to multitask, and an empathetic listener.
