Workspace Cleaners is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company with customers all over Melbourne.

We're looking for a part time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team of professional commercial cleaners.

This part time role will initially work up to 20 hours per week, with opportunities for more hours providing specialist services such as carpet and window cleaning.

You will be eligible for a performance bonus of up to 10% of your salary, which will be tied to clear and transparent performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise small teams on larger sites and lead by example.
  • Conduct quality inspections and coach cleaners for continuous improvement.
  • Follow up on customer requests and feedback.
  • Work closely with our remote Operations Assistant to ensure all jobs are resourced.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
  • Assist with detail cleaning at larger sites while supervising the team (approx. 4-5 hrs per week).
  • Re-allocate staff or assist with cover when someone calls in sick or needs a day off.
  • Set-up new customer sites with gear, cleaning plans, and access.
  • Complete specialist cleaning services such as carpet and window cleaning (training opportunities provided).
  • Ensure compliance with all OH&S regulations and company policies.

Your experience:

  • 2+ years in commercial cleaning or B2B services.
  • Previous management / supervisor experience is a huge bonus.
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with carpet cleaning and / or window cleaning is a bonus.
  • Confident communicating with customers and team members.

Other requirements:

  • Police Check
  • A car / drivers license to get between customer sites
  • Ability to work a mix of daytime and evening hours
  • Ability to travel to multiple customer sites across Melbourne
