This role offers a hands-on environment where you'll gain practical experience and contribute to the smooth operation of our transport operations. Key areas:

You should also be an effective team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with tradespeople and other colleagues. Additionally, you should be adept at solving problems proactively and making sound decisions. Finally, reliability and motivation are key, as you will need to be self-driven, punctual, and willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can demonstrate:
- You hold relevant qualifications: You possess a minimum Year 10 education and a Certificate II in Automotive Studies (or equivalent qualification), with a willingness to upskill.

- You prioritise safety: You actively uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance in all tasks to protect people and equipment.
- You work independently and collaboratively: You balance unsupervised responsibilities (e.g., inventory management, housekeeping) with teamwork to support tradespeople on complex repairs.
- You hold or aspire to licences: A heavy truck licence or specialised certifications (e.g., diagnostics, field service) would align with advancing within the role.
