**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (ONLY THE BEST)**:
We need someone who can **take ownership** of project admin, dockets, invoices and payment claims — without needing to be babysat. You'll need to be sharp with Excel and confident with programs like Xero and Microsoft 365. Earthmoving or civil experience? Big bonus.
This role is **critical** to keeping projects profitable and on track — and we’re not handing that over lightly.

**THE ROLE**:
- Project file setup + document control
- Docket processing and reconciliation
- Weekly payment claims and cost tracking
- Timesheet entry and payroll prep
- Client + supplier comms
- Inbox management and general office duties
- Support the Office Manager to keep operations humming
