**About The Role**:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general operations and ensuring procedures are run smoothly, in order to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. The role will include supporting colleagues such as the Fire Safety Advisor to complete quotations, reports and general data entry.
This role is casual with the potential to work full-time.
- Aproximately 20 hours a week.
- Free parking on site - Public transport friendly.

**Top Skills**:
- Previous experience working in an admin/receptionist role.
- Demonstration of a proactive and an adaptable attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Have an understanding knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High atttention to detail.
