What You'll Be Doing

As a Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of your projects from allocation through to completion:

  • Oversee daily site operations across multiple job sites
  • Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to scope
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Monitor site safety and compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets required standards
  • Work closely with the office and estimating team to manage project progress and resolve any issues that arise

Who We're Looking For

We're open to experienced Supervisors or qualified Carpenters who are confident leading teams and ready to take the next step in their career.

  • Background in building, carpentry, or insurance repairs
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Great communicator with both clients and trades
  • A solid understanding of WHS and building standards

Bonus if you have:

  • A trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry)
  • Experience with Prime software or similar job management tools

To Be Considered, You'll Need
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A valid White Card
  • An unrestricted driver's licence
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical
  • Availability to travel across South-East Queensland and Northern Rivers as required
