**About the role**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator to join the business. Supporting the team with a wide range of administrative tasks and backing up Reception this will be a varied role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reception Cover
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Organising & picking up catering/drinks for meetings
- Data Entry
- Booking couriers/sorting & distributing mail
- Banking if required
- Order stationery if required
- Assist our EA as required
- General office maintenance duties - maintaining the kitchen, ensure its well-stocked (milk etc), unpacking dishwasher, cleaning fridge

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent PC skills with Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
