**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered and directed to the relevant person or taking accurate messages to be forwarded.
- Provide support for collation of records, data entry and preparation of reports
- General office duties as required
- Provide support to all areas ie reporting, month end, procurement.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus.

**We are looking for people with the following skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience working in a close knit office environment
- Ability to build relationships and excellent customer service
- Competent in MS Office programs
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes and skills.
