The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in demanding environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks. The successful applicant will be able to operate independently, self-manage and prioritise tasks effectively, have excellent computer skills and take pride in their personal presentation. *** **Key Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to; - Full support to Senior Lawyers & an admin team - Billing - Preparing/formatting documents - Diary management - Archiving - General Personal Assistant duties as necessary - Ad hoc administration tasks as required **Skills and Experience** - Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant is essential ideally in Corporate Law or another transactional group - Experience in plaintiff personal injuries law and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred. - Experience with the Billing process - Experience working in a fast paced and demanding environment - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients - High degree of attention to detail - Excellent planning and organisation skills - Excellent time management skills **About our client** Our client is a legal firm that provides high-quality legal services for Victorian residents with expertise in personal injury law.
