**About the role**

With no two days being the same, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate the process and ensure everything remains on schedule
- Working with the customer to keep them updated regularly on the process of their service claim
- Providing assistance to Service Team with processing quotations

SAE Group is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in residential/ commercial solar design, air-conditioning and energy efficiency based in Tweed Heads, northern NSW.

**About You**

You will have a positive approach to making things easy for your customers, and your can-do attitude will make all the difference.
- Excellent customer service ethic as well as outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to operate in a team environment.
- The ability to organise, plan and prioritise.
- Efficient and hardworking with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Solar PV or Trade industry knowledge an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Experience in the insurance industry would be well regarded.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
