Description:
Our Opportunity
CoAct is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator with an established track record of processing internal payroll for salaried employees across multiple locations with advanced interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Some of the responsibilities involved are listed below:

- Management of end-to-end payroll processing
- Provide sound advice and liaise with all employees and managers regarding payroll processes, including approval workflows
- Prepare reports and correspondence and undertakes other administrative tasks, related to the full range of day-to-day and cyclical personnel/payroll functions
- Generate financial payroll reports and related documentation for the Finance team
- Interpret and advises on payroll-related acts, awards, policies and procedures
- Attend to personnel and payroll enquiries as necessary

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

- Experienced in internally management payroll
- Have a “can-do” attitude
- Confident working with numbers
- Analytical and process-driven
- Able to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
- Able to manage time according to workload deadlines

Experience and qualifications:

- Experience in processing internal payroll for salaried employees across multiple locations
- Experience in working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
- Customer service experience
- Certificate III in Business or Financial Services
