We are seeking a well-organized and motivated scheduler, who is prepared to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Scheduling and allocating of field staff for all faults and breakdown work
- Invoicing
- Coordinating & communicating with responding field staff and customers for ETA’s to meet customer expectations and KPI’s to ensure we meet our contractual agreements
- Assisting Supervisor’s/ Manager with rebooking of previously unfinished jobs
- Arrange and manage travel bookings
- Issue of upgrades while field staff are on-site awaiting approval
- Contacting subcontractors, raising orders for subcontractors, and sending job details to subcontractors
- Assisting with monthly OHS reporting requirements
- General Administration duties, including answering phones, data entry and filing
- Any other appropriate duties as requested by the company.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to multi task and be a fast learner that easily adapts to different situations. You will have previous scheduling experience, ideally in a Service Department with trades, with high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- At least 2 years of recent scheduling experience
- “Can do” attitude
- Team Player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate Computer skills, Experience with Office Management Software like Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work Effectively within a Team with mínimal supervision
- Experience with Pronto is desirable but not essential.
