**The Opportunity**

HCA’s Forrestdale Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Planner / Scheduler. This will be a full time permanent role reporting directly to our Service Manager.

**_ Your responsibilities will include:_**
- Ensure machinery is in compliance with company Policy, Quality and Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Management of work orders (Jobs) throughout the rebuild process
- Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner meeting and exceeding deadlines
- Payroll support - reviewing and processing daily timesheets
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Work order preparation and timely closure for all REMAN service invoicing
- Monitor progress of production and Notify and escalate risks to the delivery schedule to CE and Mining Supervisor and Sales Manager
- Assist in planning and scheduling parts, work and subcontract requirements
- Assist in other general Service Administration tasks
- Maintain quality standards and take an active part in the development, maintenance and documentation of quality procedures

**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Demonstrate initiative to analyse situations and administer effective solutions.
- Proven collaboration skills to effectively meet conflicting deadlines
- Two years or more working autonomously to complete similar duties including planning for multiple areas and disciplines
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience
- Exposure to MS project would be advantageous
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
