About the Role

As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Product Manager to be at the heart of our Salesforce platform development and roadmap, ensuring its alignment with our strategic vision. This isn't just any Product Manager role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney head office.

What Will You Do?

Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the Salesforce platform, ensuring integration across Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Mulesoft to meet business objectives.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation and development through to launch and post-launch analysis.
Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to continuously refine and enhance the Salesforce platform's features, usability, and overall value to Calvary.
