**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Recruitment Officer** for an **immediate start** in **Canning Vale**. This is a full-time position within our collaborative and high-performing HR & Payroll Team.

In this role, you will provide recruitment support across twelve operational divisions, engaging with both commercial and operational teams to attract high-calibre blue

We’re looking for someone with an energetic and influential personality who brings fresh thinking, can confidently build relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years experience in internal recruitment, ideally within an industrial or operational setting.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for people.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
- A team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in diversity and inclusion.
