**Recruitment Officer**

**Role Description**

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Display an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Have experience servicing the Engineering, Mining, and Oil and gas Industry.
- Proven track record in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring in the blue-collar space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

- Canning Vale, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
