**The role**:

Reporting to the Senior HR & Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for delivering HR and Recruitment support to the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with workforce planning, talent management, and other HR matters.
- Facilitating the onboarding, induction, and mobilisation of new employees to project sites.
- Preparing and completing employment documents such as contracts of employment.
- Reviewing and confirming qualifications/certificates.
- Coordinating skills assessments, medical examinations, and drug and alcohol tests.
- Drafting HR documents and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participating in HR team meetings and other relevant activities as required.
- Managing project and HR documentation, including submission to clients when necessary.
- Responding to employee queries.
- Providing general day to day admin and HR support to the company.
- Handling incoming and outgoing documentation, both electronic and hardcopy, including scanning, filing, and dispatching.

**About you**:

- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the fire, medical and/or rescue industries is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
