**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a **Recruitment Advisor** to join our People & Culture team. This is a key role that supports the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and selection to onboarding—ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
- Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding
- Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C Superintendent
- Provide reporting and general HR support as required

**About You**
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment
- High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
