Our client is a professional medical and surgical eye care specialist who is looking for a Medical Receptionist to work in a busy clinic based in Mosman Park.

Our client is a professional medical and surgical eye care specialist with purpose build rooms in Karrinyup, along with clinics in Kalamunda and Mosman Park. This role is primarily based in our MOSMAN PARK room, however travel for relief shifts may be required from time to time.

**The Role**

We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly and passionate about healthcare to join our growing team.

This is a full time role of approximately 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Meet and greet patients
- Coordinate accounts, future appointments, testing or surgeries if required

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Kind, cheerful, understanding and reassuring demeanor
- Genuine interest in healthcare and the wellbeing of our patients
- Effective, professional and clear communications skills, both oral and written
- Eagerness to learn new skills and prioritise tasks to support the overall team
- Competence in all areas of office administrations and computer skills
