The role is responsible for coordinating the communication, installation and delivery of all equipment sold with the customer and within the business, focusing delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Maintain the forecast and planning schedules
- Monitor the arrival of equipment and truck availability
- Participate in Scheduling all workshop and service partner installations
- In conjunction with Operations team, outsource installations were required
- Monitor all outsourced installation progress to ensure business and customers are fully informed of status
- Liaising with customers, Fleet managers/coordinators, service partners and internal departments in regard equipment installation and delivery.
- Working with the sales teams to ensure the customer is fully informed on all aspects of their purchase through the sales process
- Assist the administration/finance team with month end processes
**Knowledge and experience**:
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Experience in service and or workshop scheduling would be highly regarded
- Experience in either a manufacturing or vehicle /machinery type industry would be advantageous
- Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled at building excellent customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
