Environmental Health Australia (EHA) is a not-for-profit organisation that represents its members, those within the profession, and those with an interest in Environmental Health. It is a National body with State associations, of which EHA (NSW) is one. The primary role for the state associations, is to provide and manage services to their members.

We currently have a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our team as the **NSW Executive Officer **(permanent part-time position of 22.8 hours per week/0.6 FTE), reporting to the NSW Executive board members. You will be part of a team of administration, marketing, communications, and public health professionals working to deliver our Strategic Plan’s goals and objectives. You will provide support to the NSW Board, and be a key liaison contact for the EHA (NSW) INC. Members, and the EHA National board.

**About You**
- Have proven experience in MYOB, website databases, payment processing, online meeting platforms e.g. Zoom, the Microsoft Suite of products, and event planning
- Be highly organised and motivated to achieve organisational goals, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for our stakeholders in the environmental health sector
- Be professional and comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders including senior company executives, political figures, academics, industry professionals, and student members
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to identify areas for increased efficiency and able to take the initiative.
- Can be adaptable, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Have experience working with, or for, membership organisations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour
