We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You’ll be partnering with our Hiring Managers delivering an end to end recruitment process and be sharing your experience and expertise along the way. The volume of work is high and varied, so you’ll need to be able to manage a lot of roles - but don’t worry, you’ll have the full support of an incredible team who are passionate about what they do and how they turn up to work each day.

**What you’ll need**:
Right now, you’re an experienced corporate recruiter with the ability to provide meaningful and relevant knowledge and skills to assist our business to make great hiring decisions. Your recruitment experience means you can pivot in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. You will have the technical expertise to develop a unique attraction strategy for your portfolio in line with Virgin Australia’s values and vision.

You will need strong collaborative and consultative relationship management skills to develop connections with key stakeholders within the business. We are incredibly complex business and the needs of our hiring leaders are unique.
