Boeing Australia is searching for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as part of the **Corporate and IT & Data Analytics** function.

Part of an international team, this role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, IT&DA who is based in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and selection of Corporate and IT roles across Australia and New Zealand. Our TA team is high performing, within a dynamic, ever changing business where the opportunities are endless.

Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and assist with onboarding when necessary.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processes
- Partner with the functions HR Business Partner to assist in international assignments and understand strategic hiring needs.
- Work along-side the Recruitment Coordinator to assist with onboarding contingencies

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in internal recruitment
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation
