**About The Role**
As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business. This role is based in Edinburgh North.

**The duties will include**:

- Order collection and delivery of client records and information
- Customer service queries
- Maintaining high profile account service delivery
- Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
- Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
- Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Minimum Car Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence
- Be hard working and reliable
- Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
- Have good computer literacy skills
- Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility with work hours and days
- Work well under pressure and be a good team player
