Job Description

**Your opportunity to join our team** in North Ryde OR Prestons**

As Customer Service Representative you will be part of our friendly Customer Service team that thrives on collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Working Monday to Friday, you will support a broad range of customers across our Retail, Foodservice and Wholesale channels, ensuring they receive a first-class customer experience

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to our existing customers, assisting with product enquiries, order queries and delivery issues, and supporting them in choosing the right products for their business
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including our distribution centres for transport and delivery matters, and BDMs for orders and other customer support issues
- Complete daily call cycle and key in orders
- Provide information and upselling on Inghams products
- Provide administrative support to the wider customer service team and BDMs
- Accurately process credits, ensuring timely updates to accounts, and reconciling discrepancies

**Key requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service and administration skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and also work independently
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
