**The role**
The role of the Operational Superintendent is to manage and coordinate all operational aspects of Sycle sites and projects efficiently, safely, and profitably. Your responsibilities will include:

- Have a detailed understanding of Sycle’s day to day activities including but not limited to scope of works, recycling targets, productivity and resourcing requirements, budget, and plant requirements at all Sycle sites and projects.
- Establish clear target objectives for productivity, safety and all deliverables for site and project team and then monitor against performance
- Overall management of the quality assurance across Sycle sites and projects to ensure high-quality projects and products are delivered, which meet client expectations
- Leading a culture of safety and productivity across multiple sites and projects
- Give guidance to all site staff setting clear targets and objectives to meet in line with both Sycle and the Client’s expectations

**About you**
- Proven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on site
- Strong people management skills, the ability to develop effective teams
- Experience working in a similar position, working on recycling, crushing projects, waste processing, and/or civil construction projects
- Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front (both subcontractors and self-perform staff)
