**About the role**

The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level platforms that support the organisation’s strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of technology infrastructure, IAG (Identity and Access Management), strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our platforms.

Your day-to-day will involve the following:

- Ensure that the team is aligned to meet delivery requirements.
- Manage the pipeline of activities being generated by projects, and co-ordinate teams and engineers who will hold accountability for delivery.
- Manage broader resource forecasting requirements.
- Manage inter-dependencies to avoid gaps / double-handling.
- Act as a primary contact for business stakeholders’ project planning.
- Communicate and lead with influence, and foster an environment that encourages and recognises success, close collaboration with other teams, contribution and innovation.
- Manage enterprise platform regulatory & compliance obligations, and business workflow automation practices and processes.
- Ensure security designs will adhere to all security standards in place.
- Define and review technical infrastructure or system designs to ensure consistency with set standards and policies.
- Develop technology roadmaps to guide decision making.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and uplift the team.
- A future ready mindset, thinking differently and strategically on key deliverables.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams managing stakeholders and technical outcomes.
- Business process management knowledge such as ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of IAG practices.
- Strong understanding of traditional and cloud technologies.
- Extensive understanding and experience designing solutions that meet requirements.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
