- Influence and align stakeholders across IT and business units, ensuring transparency, engagement, and effective communication.
- Support major projects such as the LogMaster rollout (fatigue management), voice picking enablement, Manhattan WMS expansion, and assessment of a new route planning solution.
- Provide stability during transition and set the team up for long term success, particularly with WMS readiness for upcoming site builds.

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise applications within a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and hands on experience with WMS platforms (preferably Manhattan).

- Strong stakeholder management skills, you're able to navigate conflicting views, uncover the real issues, and drive alignment.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a leadership style that's calm, empowering, and adaptive.
- Ability to travel to site locations when needed to ensure operational alignment and project success.
Bonus Points For:
- Direct experience with Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 warehouse management solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices within logistics or operations-led IT environments.
What Success Looks Like
- A seamless handover with continuity and momentum maintained across existing projects.
