**The Organisation**:
You will be joining a large Global Organisation who are going through copious amounts of change and progression. You will be working on & adding value to a very exciting project & driving change through the business. You will be joining an enthusiastic and supportive team, working in a hybrid environment that offers flexibility on a 9 month fixed term contract.
**The Role**:
- Develop and manage the values implementation and activation plan, including embedding in all HR processes, policies, programs and practices
- Support the Organisational Development team with the design of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategies and plans, leveraging data and insights and other best practice sources
- Design and develop initiatives, programs and content that will embed values, inclusion and wellbeing into the culture
- Partner with Brand, Internal Communications and other stakeholders to ensure delivery, consistency and alignment across the customer and employee experience
- Manage WGEA reporting, the CCC (Champions of Change Coalition) Impact report, and assist with the WGEA Employer of Choice submission
- Provide input into women’s development to support the diversity objectives
- Partner with the P&C Insights Analyst to develop meaningful and insightful metrics, reports and
- dashboards
- Design and facilitate training and workshops as needed
- Support other OD team members with administrative tasks where required
- Participate in People and Culture projects as required
- First point of contact for values, diversity and wellbeing queries and issues
