**Full Job Description**
- Culture Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead role - working on exciting D&I projects
- Values-based and down to earth culture with a supportive Manager
- WFH options - Ashfield location (short walk from the train station)
- $90,000 - $100,000 plus (dependent on experience) super plus salary sacrificing

**The Role**

In this 6 month FTC role, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive People and Culture team and will report into a friendly and down-to-earth manager who encourages collaboration. As the Culture Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead you will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding Diversity and Inclusion projects within the organisation.

**The Duties**
- Design, implement and embed D&I policies and procedures
- Business partner with key stakeholders to advise on driving D&I strategy
- Supporting with Performance Management and OD duties
- Assist leaders and teams in reviewing messaging and campaigns from D&I point of view
- Experience in a HR Generalist role (with an emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion) or a Diversity and Inclusion role
- Project management experience
- Fantastic relationship building skills
- Driven and confident - be able to hit the the ground running
- Experience working within a fast pace and agile environment
- Excellent time management skills
