We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of quality properties, delivering excellent service to tenants and owners while balancing your work with life outside the office. With the support of a global hospitality group, you’ll enjoy the confidence of working for an established brand while keeping your role rewarding and manageable.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage a boutique portfolio of premium properties
- Conduct inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)
- Oversee maintenance and coordinate with trusted trades
- Support leasing, onboarding and handovers
- Use Console Cloud to streamline operations
- Build positive relationships with tenants and owners
**Qualifications**
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- 2+ years in residential Property Management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar software
- A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
- Professional, people-focused and proactive attitude
