**Your Impact**

Reporting directly to the Operations lead, you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations within the route team at our Prospect DC. Working with both internal and external stakeholders this role will drive the objective of being recognised by our customers as delivering excellence in service and creating value through driving the safety agenda, developing and leading the shop floor teams and empowering and owning the QCDSM agenda.

**Note** - We currently have two roles available one on Day Shift - 6am to 2pm and the other on Afternoon Shift - 2pm-10pm

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Planning weekly and daily labour requirements
- Provide leadership to the team on site to ensure daily operational requirements and targets are met
- Develop individuals and create a highly engaged team that works collaboratively
- Investigating and resolving operational issues in a timely and effective manner
- Pro-actively seeking continuous improvement methods concerning warehouse operations
- Actively promote a strong safety culture and driving a best in class distribution centre operations

**About You**
- Prior warehouse operations experience in a similar environment
- Front line supervisory qualifications equivalent to AQF Level IV or Degree Experience
- Strong leadership capability and ability to build highly engaged teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Analytical mindset and ability develop reports through excel & SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills
