Commercial Litigation Lawyer min 4 years - 8 years pae
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and be involved in various challenging commercial litigation matters.
Working with a supportive MD and Special Counsel, with experience across a range of firms, clients, matters and experiences.
The team will be invested in your development and support you where it counts; providing strong marketing and development opportunities for your benefit.
This busy and successful firm is growing and continues to go from strength to strength, across key areas, including litigation, commercial, property and family law.
It now seeks to add a senior litigation lawyer to the team, to work across a range of interesting and challenging litigation matters and to assist in leading the team and mentoring junior staff.
As a Senior Litigation Lawyer, your role will involve playing a pivotal role in representing clients in a diverse array of litigation matters.
You will enjoy the autonomy and responsibility of managing and leading a diverse caseload, with the focus, support and guidance, as well as administrative assistance required.
**You**:
To be successful in this role you will have;
- 4 years post admission experience (minimum) litigation experience in Victoria
- Experience representing clients in all state Courts and Tribunals
- Experience managing clients and deadlines
- Strong communication and time management skills
