**Our client & the role**
Our client is seeking a strong litigator, preferably with experience across all facets of commercial litigation; or specifically in insolvency, commercial disputes and/or building and/or property litigation. You will be working alongside some of Victoria's most dynamic SA's, and Partners, in a fantastic firm that continues to grow and impress in the legal industry. Based in lovely offices in the center of the CBD, you will benefit from being given all resources neccessary to succeed in your role and as well as all the support you need, from highly experienced Partners, with open door policies and a committment to communication and collaberation on strategy.
**About you**:
We are seeking a detail oriented, bright and personable lawyer with absolute minimum 3 years pae, but ideally 5 or 6 pae, who possesses strong written and oral communication skills, can take direction but work autonomously where required and who is ambitious and goal oriented. If you are more senior, with some management experience, we are also keen to hear from you, as the role would see you mentoring junior solicitors and basically acting as 2IC to the Partner. No BD necessary as part of this role as there is a constant steady pipeline of work. Strong litigators of any specialization will be considered.
