**Your new role**

A new opportunity is available working as a Security Advisor for their Banking, Insurance and New Zealand businesses. You will be responsible for providing physical security advice and support across your business and ensuring that strategic and operational requirements for physical security are met. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring customer needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with key stakeholders from EGM level down to understand the strategy and objectives of their team, ensuring physical security considerations are incorporates
- Providing security advice to assist in planning for business relocations, closures and new sited
- Providing guidance, support and recommendations for relevant escalated security issues and incidents including liaising with authorities as required
- Working with Security Operations and contracted Security vendors to maintain physical security of assets and ensure security policy and procedures are being adhered to
- Project Manage Security Projects and initiatives
- Establish and maintaining security training programs content

**What you'll need to succeed**

The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years experience working within the security industry with strong customer relationship management experience and demonstrated project management skills. Security risk management experience, financial services experience and / or a background in law enforcement/military would be highly desirable. A high level of ability to consult, negotiate and influence stakeholders is key, as is the ability to work with all levels in an organisation, superior report writing and communication skills, and a high level of analytical skills.
