We are a team of highly motivated, performance-driven Allied Health and Workers Compensation professionals. Your role will be to support multiple business sectors (Offshore and Remote; Aged Care; Business and Industry; Venues & Events; Education; Hospitals; Defence; Facilities Management; and Security) in the areas of Injury Management and Pre-employment Screening services. This is an ideal opportunity for you to develop your skills in-house, working within a dynamic environment where you will be supported and mentored throughout. This position is a full time permanent role, based in Sydney. **Key Duties** - Strategic case management of workers compensation claims and fitness for work cases to drive timely return to work outcomes - Conduct pre-employment screening services - Conduct functional capacity assessments - Drive positive safe deployment outcomes through the development of appropriate risk management strategies - Build strong relationships and manage service providers - Coach and mentor internal stakeholders - Facilitate system and legislative compliance - Assist in the development and implementation of nationwide initiatives and projects to reduce impact of injuries **The Person** - Allied Health Qualification and associated registration (preferably OT, Physio) - 2 years minimum experience as a rehabilitation consultant or similar - Sound knowledge of workers compensation, injury management and workplace rehabilitation - Outcome focused, self-motivated and proactive with a desire to make a difference - Ability to work independently and as part of a strong team - Ability to learn new systems and work efficiently to deadlines in a fast paced environment - Possess good communication skills - both verbal and written - Detail-oriented **The Benefits** We place great importance on being an employer of choice and offer excellent career opportunities including internal transfers; ongoing training and development, a competitive salary, recognition programs including awards, long service and team event days; and company discounts.
