**About the role:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organisation? As a Franchise Operations Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Franchise Portfolio Manager to reach our strategic goals. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our franchising framework, manage department administration and lead department improvement initiatives.

You'll collaborate closely with department peers, work across the retail division, and engage with various corporate business units to drive positive outcomes and achieve excellence in every aspect of our franchise operations.

**What you’ll bring:
- Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Franchising, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, with a preference for roles in project management, business analysis, or franchise operations.
- Exceptional time management and task prioritisation.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in task completion.
- Initiative in identifying improvements and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in organising data, with experience in SharePoint, Visio, Power Apps, and Power Automate highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think laterally and systematically.
