**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Workers Compensation Technical Unit within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Command. The role will be responsible for leading and motivating a team who are responsible for the management of the NSWPF compensation systems, policies and practices, supporting business objectives to reduce claim costs and minimise the organisation's compensation premiums for the relevant schemes.
