**Are you a good match?**

We are looking for a Greeter to support our Boutique team to welcome and walk client's through the Boutique and share knowledge on the Maison. You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and engagement to each client with respect to Van Cleef & Arpels' spirit and heritage.

**What are we expecting from you?**

Reporting into the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will start the enchanting moment for the client experiences, assist with refreshments during the client presentation and provide data capture for prospect clients.
- Do you have a previous experience in high touch customer service?
- Have you worked successfully in a sales, luxury or hospitality environment?
- Do you have strong communication and organization skills?
- Are you interested in learning about and sharing our Maison's rich heritage?
- Are you agile, curious and reactive? Do you enjoy working in a fast moving and challenging environment?
- Do you look for solutions to ensure the client gets the best possible experience in store?
