**What are we expecting from you?**

We are looking for experienced Area Retail manager to join us to develop, manage and achieve the performance of VCA boutiques in Melbourne, Auckland and Perth within the Oceania Retail network:

- Transmit Maison’s retail vision and objectives to boutique management / direct reports
- Support the development and long term growth of the retail network and business in Oceania, sets the right ambition for boutiques
- Have the agility to work cross functionally with Retail/Marketing/Communications to build brand equity in local city/province to optimize boutique potential and performance
- Actively seek untapped potential to support boutiques in developing High Jewelry and High end business
- Provide accurate feedback to the Retail Director on market trends, network updates, local competition, client needs
- Uphold Maison’s standards on client experience and hospitality - Initiates and leads local client engagements
- Lead boutique management in developing strategic actions on client activation, engagement, and retention, segmentation
- Ensure boutiques’ ways of working comply with Group SOP and Maison’s policies & procedures
- Be present across all boutiques in scope to provide the right guidance on strategy, sales and KPIs performance, client experience, and staff development, support change management (frequent interstate travel a strong requirement)
- Identify, recruit, retain talents to sustain a fast paced growth
- Proactively identify commercial opportunities, business development areas (through networking), and drives organic growth across the area
