
Office Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced office administrator. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated individual who loves a challenge in a dynamic business and great team environment.
Our business is based in Port Kembla.
The selection criteria we are using is:
- Good attitude
- Administration experience
- Experience in Xero or bookkeeping highly regarded
- Good organisational skills and an ability to multitask
Working as part of a small team you will be undertaking all aspects of the administration of the business. This would include:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll and timesheet completion assistance
- Goods ordering and receipting
- Working with business ERP software
- Some reception duties
- General administration and office administration
- Liaising with workshop managers and Directors
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (required)
