The Dynamics 365 CE Managed Services Consultant is responsible for the management client issues and minor change requests; performing issue investigation and remediation (including managing issue requests with Microsoft Engineers), Power Platform configuration and providing advice on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement best practice to Nexon’s clients.
The Dynamics CE Managed Services Consultant plans, develops, deploys, tests and optimises network and system services, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of network systems, especially environments with multiple operating systems and configurations, and provides troubleshooting and fault-finding services for network problems.
This role involves research, analysing and recommending strategies for network architecture and development, implement, manage, maintain and configure network hardware and software, and monitor and optimise performance, and troubleshoot and provide user support.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with client representatives, managing issues, administration and small configuration updates.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, provide guidance and advice to the client based on your vast experience.
- Manage Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments; user onboarding/offboarding, routine and hotfix solution deployments, feature enablement.
- Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and team culture.
- Solution testing and issue triage.
- Become the expert in client environments and solutions.
- Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems
- Researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
- Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications and operating systems
- Providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies
- Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
- Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
- Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance

**Qualifications and Experience Sought**:

- Hands-on experience of Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and/or Marketing
- Configuration skills on Model driven apps, Power Apps Portals and Power Automate.
- Ability to configure security groups, roles and teams
- Strong verbal communications especially related to issue diagnosis and investigation
- 2 years’ + experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform
- Client Facing Skills
- Level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification
- At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification

Desired Skills:

- Experience in modules of D365 including Customer Insights, Customer Voice, Project Operations, Business Central or Finance and Opps apps.
- Power BI, Canvas apps or Power Virtual agent experience.
- Passionate, highly motivated, and client-focused
- Existing clearance or ability to gain security clearance for local state or government projects
- Active D365 or Power Platform certifications

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
