The Role 

As a Customer Service Representative/Administration Assistant, the role is based at our Head Office in Summer Hill, you are expected to be an active member of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rotating roster between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Answering incoming calls from the general inquiries line
  • Book in centre tours as required, follow up on conducted tours and action accordingly
  • Manage process of new leads and enrolling new children along with associated required documentation
  • Manage administration records and databases, update as required
  • Manage the application/waiting list including data entry into Kidsoft and on Microsoft Excel
  • Manage account finance queries as required
  • Be available and able to travel to centres as per operational requirements

Essential Criteria 

  • The ability to multitask effectively from phone tasks to administrative tasks
  • Professional yet friendly telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence in turning leads to enrolments
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
