Our Victoria Branch has an exciting opportunity in our Customer Support Group for a full time Consultant, providing support and consulting services covering Finance, Supply Chain or other Pronto Xi modules. This busy role will expose you to a large number of businesses across a diverse range of industries.

**Required Skill Set**:
Knowledge of Pronto Xi or similar ERP software
3+ years experience with Customer Support function or similar
Knowledge of Financials or Supply Chain and Manufacturing will be favourably considered
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of business operational needs
Superb communication skills are essential - both written and verbal.
Problem solving and issue resolution with attention to detail.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic.
A police check will be required.

You are methodical and analytical and can demonstrate the motivation to handle the daily challenges of a varied role in a dynamic organisation. Most importantly, we need your diagnostic and problem resolution skills and your ability to show initiative.
