Marketing powers one of Australia’s biggest brands. Our team connects us with millions of Aussies each week. Whether it’s through engaging content, omnichannel storytelling or thunderclap advertising that reaches 98% of Aussies, we connect in many ways.
In partnership with Ocado we are in the process of delivering a brand-new state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in Melbourne. Harnessing the latest technology this site will offer a wider range to our customers and safter, cleaner environment for our staff. To support this project, we have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team to deliver on our GTM strategy and execution of multiple comms and programs.

**About the role**

This newly created opportunity is for an experienced Marketing Manager - to work solely on the Ocado project, dedicated to driving brilliant customer experiences and shifting key customer metrics.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, Coles Online, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy development and execution across customer lifecycle, digital and traditional channels utilising data and insights, technology and creative to deliver the right message at the right time to the right customer.

**You’ll also**
- Build customer loyalty through a differentiated brand portfolio
- Develop and measure brand portfolio through Customer Insights, utilising customer segmentation and testing of products
- Work with the immediate and cross functional team to ensure delivery of KPIs and targeted outcomes.

**What you bring**

Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Advertising or Business, you have 5+ years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, proposition and strategy development and TTL media, experience with FMCG preferred but not essential. Passionate and energetic, you’re known for your exceptional lifecycle marketing strategy and execution skills.

**You’ll also need**:

- Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Extensive data driven marketing and analytics expertise
- Experience with creative and proposition strategy development
- Experience operating within a complex, fast paced environment
- Experience running test and learn programs
- Martech, literacy experience leading data and tech integrations and enhancements for personalised communications
- Ability to build strong working relationships and leverage them to deliver desired outcomes.
