**About the role**

12 month fixed term opportunity

As the Marketing Manager - Local, you’ll lead the marketing support for new store openings and store renewals, ensuring each location launches with impact and attracts new customers. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to develop tailored campaigns that resonate with local communities and drive foot traffic.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute local marketing plans for new and renewal stores
- Partner with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and timing
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach and engagement
- Build relationships with store teams to understand local needs and opportunities

**What You’ll Bring**

- Proven experience in marketing campaign development and execution
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with external agencies and media partners
- A passion for local marketing and customer connection
- This role requires once a month interstate travel.
